Job Description
* Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and, based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes.
* Follow up with the students promptly to know the status of their visit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outgoing Calls to Students:

Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about the various courses offered by Frankfinn Institute.

Introduce Frankfinn’s programs, such as aviation, hospitality, and travel management, and explain the benefits of enrolling in these courses.

Answer queries related to course details, eligibility, fees, and other relevant information.
2. Career Counseling Session Invitations:

Based on student interest, invite them to attend a free career counseling session at Frankfinn Institute.

Provide clear instructions on how to register for and attend the counseling session, either in-person or virtually.

Ensure that students are aware of the session’s value and how it will help them in making informed career decisions.
3. Follow-Up with Prospective Students:

Maintain a follow-up schedule to ensure that interested students are reminded about the counseling session.

Follow up promptly with students who have shown interest in the sessions and provide them with all necessary details, such as date, time, and location.

Keep track of the status of students who have attended the counseling sessions and report on outcomes, such as conversions to enrolled students.
4. Record Keeping and CRM Management:

Update the CRM system with details of all interactions with students, including call status, feedback, and follow-up actions.

Maintain accurate records of the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and the status of each lead.

Ensure proper documentation of student interest, contact information, and any special notes regarding their preferences or concerns.
5. Handle Student Queries:

Address student inquiries regarding the counseling session, course details, or enrollment procedures.

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to help students make informed decisions.

Resolve any concerns students may have about attending the counseling session or enrolling in the courses.
6. Achieve Targets and KPIs:

Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, sessions scheduled, and conversions.

Monitor conversion rates from calls to counseling sessions and from counseling sessions to enrollments.

Report on the status of leads, conversions, and any challenges faced to the team leader or manager.
7. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Build rapport with prospective students by being professional, friendly, and approachable.

Ensure a high level of customer service, providing support and guidance to students throughout the process.

Address any issues or challenges that students face, ensuring they have a positive experience with Frankfinn Institute.
8. Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay updated on the latest course offerings, program details, and promotional offers from Frankfinn Institute.

Attend training sessions and meetings to improve call handling, customer interaction, and product knowledge.

Share feedback from students with the management team to help improve services and offerings.
