Responsibilities:
· Must have good communication skill (English Proficiency)
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls & emails
· Emailing & phone calling customers with product/sales as required by reporting manager
· Understanding customer needs & requirements
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales funnel for further development & closure
· Maintain & expand your database of prospects
· Working closely with other team members as required or requested
· Customers follow up & inviting them for course demo
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects, leads, or existing customers from the given database.

Introduce and explain products, services, offers, or campaigns clearly and convincingly.

Generate interest, qualify leads, and transfer them to the appropriate department or close the sale directly, depending on business goals.

Ensure all calls are conducted in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
2. Lead Management and Conversion
-
Collect and update accurate customer information during calls.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Convert cold leads into warm prospects by building trust and addressing objections effectively.

Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, or messages to increase conversion rates.
3. Customer Relationship Building
-
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
-
Record feedback, complaints, or suggestions and pass them to the relevant team.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-call support when required.
4. Reporting and Documentation
-
Maintain detailed records of each call, customer interaction, and status using CRM tools or Excel sheets.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly call logs and performance reports to supervisors.

Track call outcomes, lead status, and conversion metrics regularly.

Update internal databases with new contact information and communication history.
5. Team Coordination and Support
-
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, or customer service teams for smooth lead handovers.

Share feedback or suggestions gathered from calls to help improve products, services, or communication strategies.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to enhance skills.
