Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Outbound Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

  • Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM/portal.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Follow up with clients for repeat business and inquiries.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
