Role: Telecaller Executive
Location: Iskon-Ambli Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and benefits of the company’s products/ services to potential clients
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time
- Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data
Position Overview:
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-oriented approach to drive sales, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow up on leads and existing customers for relationship management.
2. Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and qualify potential leads for sales conversion.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales or lead-generation targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
4. Data Entry & Reporting:
- Update CRM software with call logs, feedback, and lead status.
- Generate reports on call performance, conversions, and sales.
5. Follow-ups & Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for field sales teams.
- Send follow-up emails or messages to engage potential clients.
