Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller Executive (Fresher) for our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, follow-ups, and maintaining daily communication with customers. Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:- Make and receive client calls
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain call records and data updates
- Use MS Office for reports and daily work
- Basic internet research and email communication
- Coordinate with team members for daily tasks
- Follow up with clients regularly
- Fresher can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Internet
- Good communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Hindi speaking required
- Basic English understanding preferred
