Responsibilities: Tele Calling II Data Entry II Computer Operator

 • Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers

 • Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner

 • Generate leads that develop into new customers

 • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

 • Maintaining and updating database with relevant customer information

 • Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc.

•  Should be well versed in Telecalling techniques

•  Result oriented

•  Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

•  Candidates from Insurance sales, banking sales, education sales, BPO Sales process etc. can apply.
