Job Description

As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  1. Outbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals to introduce pharmaceutical products.

    • Provide clear and concise information about the products, their benefits, usage, and any relevant promotions or offers.

    • Understand customer needs and suggest products that best meet their requirements.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure all calls are in compliance with healthcare regulations.

  2. Customer Follow-up:

    • Follow up with leads and potential customers who have shown interest in the pharmaceutical products.

    • Address queries, provide product information, and nurture customer relationships to drive sales.

    • Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by other departments and document all customer interactions.

  3. Sales Conversion:

    • Convert leads into actual sales or appointments by providing the right information and offering solutions.

    • Meet sales targets or quotas set by the company and contribute to overall team success.

    • Handle objections and provide solutions to close deals effectively.

Product Knowledge & Communication:

  1. Product Information:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, formulations, and medical advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Share detailed product knowledge with potential customers and answer any technical or medical questions related to the products.

    • Ensure accurate information is provided to customers in a way that is compliant with regulatory standards.

  2. Communication with Medical Professionals:

    • Communicate effectively with doctors, pharmacists, and medical practitioners, understanding their needs and providing the best possible recommendations.

    • Share product literature, pamphlets, and digital resources to educate customers about new medications or treatments.

  3. Maintaining Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical buyers.

    • Be responsive to customer queries, concerns, and product requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    • Establish rapport and maintain trust with regular follow-ups and personal communication.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

  1. CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

    • Update client databases with detailed information, including contact details, preferences, and purchase history.

  2. Reporting & Target Achievement:

    • Report on daily, weekly, or monthly call activity, sales progress, and challenges faced during outreach.

    • Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor products to improve sales strategies.

    • Assist in preparing sales reports and providing management with insights into customer needs and preferences.

Compliance & Ethical Practices:

  1. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all communications and actions are in compliance with healthcare regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and adherence to legal guidelines.

    • Follow ethical sales practices and avoid any misleading claims or statements about pharmaceutical products.

  2. Confidentiality:

    • Handle sensitive patient and healthcare information in accordance with data protection and privacy regulations.

    • Maintain confidentiality regarding customer interactions and any proprietary information shared during conversations.
