Job Description
Telecaller (Fresher) Join NOSE India / CEFI Diocese Foundation as a Telecaller Executive! We seek enthusiastic freshers to handle customer calls, promote products/services, address inquiries, and build positive customer relationships. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining call records, resolving customer concerns, and achieving performance targets. Ideal candidates are 2022-2024 graduates fluent in English and a regional language (Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu), with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Training on CRM tools is provided.
Location: Vepery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
