Job Description
Roles & Responsibility: -
1. Has to attend incoming enquiry calls.
2. Outbound calling to leads provided.
3. Customer relationship management & increase sales for party booking & ala carte buisness.
4. Retain & grow the existing customer base for increase revenue.
Required experience: -
Minimum 1 year of sales telecalling
Min Graduate in any stream.
Good Communication skills.(Preferably English & Hindi)
Basic computers skills required.
