Job Description
- Customer Service Representative

- Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular service.
- You are literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our doctors and our customers starts with you.
- Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Forward emails to a doctor when necessary and appropriate.
- Update customer with the information that suggested by a doctor.
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Responds to requests for assistance.
- Ask for feedback reports on customer satisfaction through email or phone.
- Upsells to customers as necessary.
- Education/Qualification
- At least High School degree or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write Hindi and English fluently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective communications skills both verbal and written.
- Basic computer and mobile app operating skills.
- Demonstrates an ability to forward and respond emails professionally.
- Be sincere and responsive.
