Job Description:
- Promoting the products
- Customer follow-up
- Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
- To effectively promote the events & activities to the target audience
- Make telephone calls to prospects (Co-ordinate with school heads and teachers for company products over phone and email)
- Call parents and explain about company products (Summer Programme)and convince them to register
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Work with external vendors for printing and courier tracking
- Work with the IT team to develop effective systems for tracking leads
- Provide communication support to sales team
- Gather, maintain and update school information through telephonic and/or online research
- Coordinate for the administrative work during summer programme
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Fluent in English, Hindi.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Good at Excel, MS Word
- Creating Relationships with New & Existing Clients
- Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge.
