4. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have a knowledge of at least one language Tamil or Telugu or Kannada or Bengali or Malayalam language. (1 tele-caller required per Language mentioned)
- Candidate has basic computer skills which includes ability to use MS Office applications.
- Candidate has basic typing skills - ability to type content with ease.
- Candidate has the necessary English skills to understand work instructions and communication within team in English.

4. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring calls to the delinquent customers for emi collections as per target allocated.
- Regular track of each account with complete feedback
- Do analyse & highlight the red alert cases which is going to be critical in future.
- Need to find out the reason of bounce, how many intentional defaulter/financial crisis/ disputes or any other issue.
- All data of analytics team to be used properly and must be act on the data provided.
- Preparing Daily MIS in order to find out bounce and resolution percentage from delinquent pool
- Ensuring all the payments collected are updated in the system on a timely basis by accounts team
