Job Description
Job Title - Telecaller
Candidates with 10th, 12th, Graduate,
Must Age Criteria - Till 28 YEAR
Experience - Min 6 Months to 1Year in telecalling/Sales/Direct Marketing
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a person who can handle calls with good communication and convincing skill.
- They should understand the needs of clients and guide them to purchase the course.
- Responsible for making outbound / inbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Understand the Customer requirements
Skill and Competencies required:
- Language skills English / Regional language
- Telemarketing / Selling Skills
- Good listening skill
- self-motivated
- Team player
- Hard working
Special Requirement:
- Candidate must have their own mobile phone with dual Sim.
Job Timing:
- 10 am to 6:20 pm (8 hours)
