Required Work Experience

0-3 years of experience in website process.
0-3 years of experience in a customer service/call center and/or training environment.
0-3 years of experience overseeing/analyzing performance, inventories and tracking results.

Required Job Skills

Good verbal communication skill in English.
Ability to craft professional, clear, written communications.
Strong ability to conduct research and problem solve.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly service statistics.
Relationships with other staff, department management and internal customers.
Excellent computer proficiency, including customer service representative applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn other database systems.
Must be flexible to work days/nights, weekends.
Must be a team player. Adaptable with team.
Should have a positive attitude & should be Goal Oriented.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidates depending on experience.
Shift - (9:30am-6:30pm).
