Job Description
Required Work Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in website process.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service/call center and/or training environment.
- 0-3 years of experience overseeing/analyzing performance, inventories and tracking results.
- Good verbal communication skill in English.
- Ability to craft professional, clear, written communications.
- Strong ability to conduct research and problem solve.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly service statistics.
- Relationships with other staff, department management and internal customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including customer service representative applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn other database systems.
- Must be flexible to work days/nights, weekends.
- Must be a team player. Adaptable with team.
- Should have a positive attitude & should be Goal Oriented.
- Salary is negotiable for the right candidates depending on experience.
- Shift - (9:30am-6:30pm).
