Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making outbound calls or taking inbound calls to/of candidates, ensure that the same are onboarded digitally or interviewed at client locations.
- Resolving queries and issues related onboarding process or jobs
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Recruitment/Sourcing/Sales Department.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills:
- Language – Hindi, English & any 1 South Indian languages must (Tamil/Kannada)
Basic excel/spreadsheet or data entry skill.
