Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer service complaints and questions from a variety of customers.
Input call data into the company database and generate reports for management at the end of the week.
Maintaining a high level of reliability by taking very little unscheduled time off.
Handling inbound calls from prospective clients and tried to turn those prospects into paying customers.
Schedule maintenance calls for customer when they would call in with a technical issue.
Help to train new associates and also developed training manuals for existing associates being introduced to new processes.
Answering inbound customers calls, covering a full range of services, including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transactions.
Utilized knowledge of programming content, packaging, pricing and billing system to re-market customer base and have the ability to communicate them clearly to customers.
Maintain call and data entry accuracy levels between levels of 95% or better.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Qualities Required:

Education and Experience

12th Grade Pass or Fresh Graduate Or
1-year experience in Telesales/Tele calling/Telemarketing/ Domestic BPO/Direct Sales / Customer Engagement process or domain
