Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
- Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
- Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership
- Graduate with 0-2yrs experience or Min HSC with 4yrs of experience required.
- Presentable with a pleasing personality
- Handling irate customers
- Good at convincing, problem solving and objection handling abilities.
- Shift Timing : 10am - 7pm6 working days with one rotational week off Between Monday - Friday.
- Salary upto 17k plus attractive incentives
