Job Description
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling clients/students & counsel with respect to our programs
- Guide students in making education after understanding their requirements
- Follow-up timely & close sales
- Maintain healthy engagement with students & networking to generate references
- Counseling students face to face
- Helping students with admission formalities
- Sending daily reports to the supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Job Type: Full Time and Part time ONLY IN THE MORNING
- Any qualification candidates can apply
- Note- only female candidates
Pay: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
