• Calling Property owner received through different platforms(Daily)
• Capture property information and Sending emails(Daily)
• Update property information(Daily)
• Call Candidates and set up interviews when needed(Daily)
• Get stamp paper for agreement printing(When asked)
• Conduct property Exit inspection(When asked)
• Scan documents and agreements(When asked)
• Search for new properties(When asked)
• Maintain Property Key list and access control(Daily)
• Maintain Petty cash register(Daily)
Requirement• Must have very good spoken english• Must have very good written english• Must be computer savvy• Must be willing to work from office in whitefield
Salary:20,000 a month
