Job Description
- Receive incoming calls from clients asking for details about our workshops and our offerings
- Enter the details of the client into the customer tracker sheet
- Coordinate with parents and assign workshop timing to clients
- Manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers
- Keep track of HP event reporting of teachers & Telecallers
- Update Database
- In charge for Bengaluru workshops - Shop coordination, event planning, school coordination
