Job Description
Scope of position
The person in charge will handle outbound calling to pitch Oxfam Trailwalker to prospective walkers and close registrations. The person will inform prospective people about Oxfam Trailwalker and how their participation will help end Inequality and Poverty in India.
Key Responsibility
- Pitch
and close Registrations for “India’s biggest Fundraising challenge” – Oxfam
Trailwalker
- Make
outbound calls to leads generated through online and offline marketing
- Inform
prospective walkers on Trailwalker event and its advantages and impact on
society
- Inform
prospective walkers about Oxfam India’s work on the ground in education,
health, humanitarian and gender justice
- Handle
daily MIS, reporting and closures of participants
- Regular
follow up with warm leads and getting them converted to final registrations
- Give
information about the event and answer queries- Registration fees, Event dates,
Logistics, etc.
- Helping
people connect with fellow team mates in case of individual participation
- Gather
and document information about all participants
- Provide Concierge to prospective walkers and pass on those details to respective regional liaisons
