- Explain the company product & services
- Explain the customers about the benefit of taking loans with us
- Track & maintain the outcome of each enquiry & leads.
- Call the customers, identify the reason why the customers are not interested
- Generate and submit daily call summary report against the database
Key skill:
- Good conversation skills
- Fluency in English and Kannada and any other regional language preferred
