- We require Tele-callers to understand what we do in our academy. We expect them to understand the structure of the course and the the process of the course tenure.
- We expect consistency in work and expect good progress over time.
- Proficient in Verbal Communication and have the ability to convince customers by being extremely courteous.
- Being able to answer the various queries of the client.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Maintain a register for all the calls.
