Job Summary

• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. 
• Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  

• To Interact with the customers
  
• To be familiar and clearly communicate the Company products
  
• Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups and strengthening of relationship with the customers
  
• Lead generation and follow ups with the Reporting Managers
  
• To focus on closures and to work with the Team
  
• To achieve the fixed target of making calls and walk-ins are happening on a daily basis.
  
• Candidate should have experience of BPO Outbound sales process.
  
• Excellent command over English, Hindi
