Job Description
- Designation: Customer Relationship Officer
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling / Voice process.
- Role: As a CRO, the individual will take care of Process Verification for Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance Products.
- Day Shift role.
- The candidate will be involved in domestic tele calling process.
- No Cold Calling involved.
- Attractive Salary Packages + Incentives
- Good communication in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in tele calling
- There should not be any break in service.
- Banking / Insurance process experience will be an added advantage.
- Aadhar card and Pan Card are mandatory.
- Relieving Letter and Payslips from the current organization or previous organization is mandatory.
