Responsibilities
· Manage a large number of Outbound calls in a timely manner
· Pitching in for contract renewal and new business
· Maintain regular follow-up with Customers till closure
· Coordination between Client and Field team for Collection & Customer Support.
· Work on cold calling & generate leads/proposals, etc. as allocated by the business development manager.
· Establish contact with key decision-makers to introduce the services offered by the company and set up appointments and conference calls.
· Assist the business development managers with follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Any Degree with minimum 2+ years of experience as a Tele caller in doing outbound calls
· Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
· Excellent communication skill in English is must
· Fluent in local area language.
· Proficiency in maintaining Database and follow-ups.
· Should be able to work with a Team.
· Should be diplomatic with interpersonal skills to deal with various types of customers.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Immediate joiner and local candidate will be preferred.

business segment. Refex has managed to get into a Top 3 Industry position
Refrigerant Gases, Solar EPC and Solar Plant O&M. In the other industries,
where in we are recent entrants, we are constantly trying to innovate to get

In the Refrigerant Gases, we revolutionised the business by launching the
‘Refex Cans’ (pre-packaged small quantities of refrigerant gas). This changed
the way industry operated. Today we aim to be one of the only emerging market
players to export the Refrigerant gases to Europe and US, we are awaiting the
certifications.
Refex is invested as Solar IPP (Independent Power Producers) and put solar
rooftops at client place. Currently, the company has an experience of 1 GW in
Engineering, Procurement and Construction, in O&M a total experience with
500MW and in IPP a total of 234 MW. The Company has signed power purchase
agreement with private companies/institutes. The Company is looking to create a
portfolio of such assets and expand across India.
