Responsibilities and Duties

• Making Outbound calls

• Answering calls professionally, providing customer service, Influence the customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
• Following up customers on a regular basis
• Maintaining proper database
  
• Providing quality services
• SME (Subject Matter Expert - Product knowledge)
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates who can speak English, Tamil, and Telugu are preferred. Interpersonal Skills
