Job Summary

A Telemarketer should persuade customers to buy our products by telephoning customers; . Female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Making Outbound calls
Generating Leads
Answering calls professionally, providing customer service, Influence the customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Following up customers on a regular basis
Maintaining proper database
Providing quality services
SME (Subject Matter Expert - Product knowledge)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidates who can speak English, Tamil, and Telugu are preferred. Interpersonal Skills
