Job Description
- Candidate with good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills would be preferred.
- Candidate must have 6 months - 2 years of experience in Collections, Telecom will be an added advantage
- To make calls on delinquent accounts from 31 days over to 365 days
- To skip trace on non-contactable accounts through other tools
- To identify accounts not suspended / barred / deactivated and send to team leader
- To negotiate with the customer and convince the customer for payment
- should be ready to work either in Day or Rotational shifts
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients (Asians only), so English is must and Arabic/Punjabi will be added advantage
- Should be Sound in System, CRM & applications usages
- Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries
- Should be fluent in English
- Should have good communication skills
- Good Command over the language
