Job Description

Responsibilities –
- Making outbound calls , attending to inbound calls and other telephonic enquiries and offering the clients suitable solutions.
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into clients
Preferred Candidate would be –
- Relevant work experience
- Good Communication, Convincing and Problem Solving skills
- Handle difficult or irate customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Immediate joining
- Graduate/ Under Graduate
- Should be conversant with basic Computer applications
- Work hours:10 am-6 pm
- 6 days working
