Job Description
- Answering Queries/calls
- Explain the customers product offers / benefits
- Promoting the products
- Customer follow-up
- Feedback ( communication channel)
- Maintain register for the same.
- Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
- Generating new leads through Tele callings
- Identifying clients requirements
- Arranging site visits Take the appointments with Clients through Tele calling.
