Designation :- Customer Support Executive (Voice process)
Roles and Responsibilities :-

You would be engaged in :

International BPO / Outbound / Inbound (Voice Process).
Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & Existing Customers (Internal & External).
Provide World Class Customer Service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong Customer Service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
Graduates Freshers with excellent communication skills.
Experience :- 0-3 years
Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience and Immediate joiners.
Freshers are most welcomed.
Note:- Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in any BPO (Domestic/International) Basic computer knowledge
One time meal available with both Side cab/ Travelling allowance available.5 days working (Saturday / Sunday Fixed off)
