Job Description
- Identifies and generate prospects by calling the leads provided and through generating references from the data provided.
- Calls to prospective customers by operating telephone equipment.
- Influences learners to enrol for specific courses and enable them to walk into the premises for a demo on the course.
- Scheduling walk-ins and enabling the learners/ candidates understand the insights of the courses and details by scheduling a meeting with the counsellors.
- Keeps equipment operational by following HOD instructions and established procedures.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
