Job Description

Urgent Requirement for TELECALLER:
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answering phones and explaining regarding our organization services.
* convince the person or patient to visit the near by clinic for consultation if they have health related .
* Contacting existing patients as well as prospective patient using scripts.
* Obtaining patient information and other relevant data for consultation
* Maintaining the database of the calls on a regular base.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Communication skills, listening skills, flexibility, time management , patience, stress handling.

LANGUAGES KNOWN: Telugu mandatory , Hindi ,English known
WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
WORK TIMINGS OR JOB TIMINGS: 9:20AM- 6:30PM (6DAYS Work in a week including sat-Sunday's)
alternate week will be provided.
SALARY: 9K- 13K + incentives
