Domestic Calling support for a Fintech Company:
You can expect:
- Callers are required to manage large amounts of outbound & inbound calls for timely recoveries.
- Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Regular Followup calls with the Customers till payments or closure of Overdue Accounts.
