We are hiring fresher candidates for Day Shift Job in Domestic BPO (Inbound Voice) – Salary up to 10000 to 15000 PM

JOB Description:

To generate leads by cold calling/emailing clients.
To provide all product related information to potential clients
To perform pricing related negotiations and convince customers to buy the product.
To coordinate with other members of the team to actively promote sales opportunities through information sharing.
Maintain information records of every customer interaction
Adhering to the process flows that are set to ensure consistency and smoothness in operations
Apply Key Skills: Calling, customer service, voice, support Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred. Candidate should have 0 year experience Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day shifts.
Qualification: 10+2/Inter
Communication: Good in English and Telugu.
