Job Description

The Telesales & Service Associate over phone to clients.
The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & features, service so as to derive maximum ROI for the client.
The role also includes achieving for up gradation by ensuring regular service follow ups
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Selling / servicing digital goods over the phone
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the packages
Providing the right customer experience
