Job Description
- Great Opportunity in leading International BPO in Kolkata for Experienced callers.
- We are hiring candidates for our** Inbound Tech Support** who have excellent communication skill in English & experience in same profile.
- Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding computer, pop up issue, printers, routers, mails etc..
- Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
- Night shift (8 pm-6 am)
- 6 days work/ 1 rotational off
- Fixed salary up to 25 K + incentives
- 40 Leaves /year + Paid B'day leave
