Job Description
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the exhibition using scripts
- Inviting the potential prospects for the exhibition
- Validating the data generated by the on ground team
- An telecalling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She must be comfortable presenting exhibition's services over the phone as well as dealing with the doubts of the potential visitors.
- Direct prospects to the field on ground team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
