Responsibilities:
1) Layer 2 calling
2) Drop out customers
3) Inactive customers on the app
4) All NR cases disposed by dental/ non- dental team post dormancy of 7-10 days
5) Calling on all the C-sat scores less than 7 (SF form) or below 3 (SMS)
6) MV collections- post every one tried (dormant customers)
7) Further calling as per new requirements coming in

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in call handling
