Job Description
- Urgently Opening For International BPO(Night Shift)
- We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from clients to handle project details, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
- Education and Experience:Any Graduate
- Required good English proficiency
- some experience in international call center
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Salary: 10,000-15,000 (Depending upon candidate potential)
- Experience required :0-2 year
- Location:Nagpur
