Job Description

• He/ she will be given an active database to work on from which they have to generate warm leads and convert them to admissions
  
• He / she is required to provide information with regards to NPAT Entrance exams/NMAT conducted by the institute.
  
• He / she is required to manage calls (outbound & inbound).
  
• He / she is required to log calls, raise tickets, follow-up and coordinate with the Marketing Department for closing the calls.
