Candidates should be passionate, have a positive attitude and being proactive is must.
Calling prospective customers and should understand customer requirements and to make sure maximum prospective customer visits the site.
Brief inputs to Marketing & Sales out of experience of calling customers.
Candidate must be open-minded & pleasing personality with good command on English, Marathi & Hindi.
Processing new sales lead.
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and clients.
Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
Scheduling site visits of customers.9. Regular follow-up with customers.
Guiding and explaining about project/product detail to the customers.
Regularly update seniors about the customers handled & also coordinate with other concerned persons.
Entry of customer details in database system.
Maintaining database of calls.
Candidates having email drafting skills will be preferred.
The candidate should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Attending Property Expo (if any).
Candidate should be Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Minimum experience required 2 years in the telecalling field.
Real Estate Experience is an added advantage.
