Job Description

Tele-Caller Executive
Profile Description

Any Graduate/Undergraduate / Hospitality Trained
Fresher or 1+Years Sales/ Service background
Strong communication skills (Marathi & English )
Customer handling experience

Primary Objective of Tele-Caller Executive

Tele-calling to the given database and the leads generated through marketing
Generate the walk-ins in the office and on the site
Counsel the client on their home buying
Follow up the client on their requirement
Customers Service
Hospitality & Courteous treatment
Complete formalities for data capturing
Rapport building with the customers
Understanding the customer’s needs
Understanding and updating the market trends based on the feedback from the field staff
Act as an advisor for the customers Home planning by bridging the needs- demand – supply chain
Feedback from the customer about his property visit
Acknowledgement of the customer’s needs by SMS/Mail
Follow-up of the leads (pre-sales closing)
Forward the leads with the key decision factors to the Team to source the properties
Update the customer with the Property Search Report
Feedback from the customer
Co-ordinate with the customer for site visit
Arrange for site visit by the executive
The Site Visit feedback form duly filled and signed by the customer being followed-up.
Process repeated till sale closing
Follow-up of the leads (post-sales closing)
Collecting the booking amount and application form duly filled and signed
Letter forwarded to the builder with the cheque
Copy of booking amount cheque and letter being acknowledged by the builder is filed
Thanks note and courtesy kit forwarded to the customer
Forward the customer’s file to the banker for loan processing
Process with the builder for execution of the agreement and payment collection
