Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up with leads and close sales.
