Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and Outbound cold calls and emails.
Emailing and phone calling customers with product/sales information as requested by reporting manager.
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales funnel for further development and closure
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Acting as a facilitator for complaints and issues
Working closely with other teams as required or requested
Customer follow up and sale closure
Track and report the entire gamut of activities
