We are looking for a dedicated and individual telecaller to join in our team

Job type : Full time , permanent

Qualification: 12th or relevant

Salary : 8000 - 12,000 per month

Skills : Excellent communication skills, team work & time management

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide accurate product/service information to callers.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

3. Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads and sales opportunities.
Persuade customers to buy products/services and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain call logs and prepare reports on daily calls and lead conversions.
Share customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
