- Outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales.
- Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information.
- Lead management: Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer service: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Sales and targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call objectives.
