Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Finance Consulting team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with potential and existing clients over the phone.
The ideal candidate should be excited to learn about the finance industry, understand customer needs, and communicate financial services and solutions clearly. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and play an essential role in building trust, explaining offerings, and booking consultations for our financial advisors.
This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to gain experience, develop communication skills, and grow in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our leads database.

Introduce the company’s financial services (such as personal loans, business loans, insurance plans, investment options, etc.).

Explain services clearly and confidently, addressing client queries in a professional and friendly manner.

Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for senior financial consultants or sales executives.

Lead Qualification:

Identify and qualify interested clients based on their needs and financial eligibility.

Record client responses and update lead status in the CRM software accurately.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Build a rapport with clients and maintain a customer-friendly attitude.

Handle objections politely and persuasively.

Follow up on previous conversations or inquiries to move leads forward in the sales funnel.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Maintain a record of calls made, conversations held, and feedback received.

Submit daily call reports to the team leader or manager.

Team Collaboration:
-
Work closely with the finance consultants, operations team, and customer support to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Share market feedback and client insights with the team to improve strategies.

Required Skills:

Strong Communication Skills:

Clear and confident verbal communication in English and Hindi (or other regional languages based on location).

Active listening and the ability to respond appropriately to client queries.

Confidence & Positive Attitude:

Must be self-assured and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

Ability to maintain a positive tone and professional demeanor during calls.

Basic Computer Knowledge:

Ability to use email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and calling software.
