Job Summary:
Aarna Enterprises is hiring Telecallers to join our growing team of loan processing professionals. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to generate leads and promote loan products, such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc., on behalf of our partnered banks and NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain various loan products.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding their loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly call and lead report.
- Provide accurate information about loan terms and eligibility.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of loan products (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling, especially in the DSA or financial sector, is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
