Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and arranging site or office visits. The ideal candidate should be polite, confident on calls, and able to handle customers in a professional manner.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Calling potential and existing customers to explain products or services.

Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.

Following up with interested customers to schedule appointments or site visits.

Coordinating with field staff or sales team to arrange customer visits.

Maintaining call records and updating lead status in the system.

Building a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.

Reminding customers about upcoming meetings or visits.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Confident, polite, and presentable over phone calls.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
